So, how did you celebrate that on 5th November 1605, James I survived an attempt by Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot to blow up the Houses of Parliament?
We went to a fireworks display on Sunday, so tonight we stayed at home in the warm, threw together this delicious cod in chilli, plum tomato and garlic sauce, and watched the plentiful (and noisy) fireworks through my bedroom window. All of course whilst keping this little furball safe!
